Anyone interested in pursuing  a career in the cosmetic laser industry!!  Doctors, Nurses, Aestheticians, Electrologists, Entrepreneurs, or anyone looking to get into the aesthetics industry can benefit from an education in laser.

What do I receive from the course?
The curriculum at Trinity Laser Training Institute is designed to provide students with all the in-depth knowledge needed to excel in the field of cosmetic lasers, including Laser History, Laser Physics, Tissue Interactions, Anatomy of the Hair & Skin, Patient Interaction, Laser Safety, and Rules & Regulations.

Do I need to be an Aesthetician, Nurse or Physician to be a laser technician?
Not in the state of Arizona, however, regulations are different for each state so please check before performing any procedures.

Where can I work?
Certified Laser Technicians can be employed at doctor's offices, medical spas, hair removal shops, etc.

What is the salary?
Monetary compensation for laser technicians varies based on the type of setting in which you work, the area you work, demographic region and your level of experience.  It can also be Salary, Hourly plus Commission, Commission only, Fixed hourly or there may also be a self employed scenario.  All of these are generally determined at the time of employment.

Do you provide job placement upon completion of the course?
We do not provide job placement at this time.  However, we know and work closely with a lot of laser businesses in the Valley and will try to help in any way we can.

Why is it important to receive education from a Private Post Secondary Board of Education approved school?
The Private Post Secondary Board of Education is concerned with the well being of students.  It is required that all laser facilities teaching the 40-hour didactic course in the State of Arizona be licensed through the Board of Education.

How do your laser prices compare to other schools?
Our Laser courses are competitively priced with other Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency/Arizona Private Post Secondary Board of Education approved programs.

What are the requirements of Certified Laser Technicians in the State of Arizona?

You must complete an Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency approved 40-hour, on-site laser didactic course.  Then, prior to performing laser treatments on your clients, you must complete 24 hours of supervised observation, which includes 10 supervised treatments for laser hair removal and/or IPL skin rejuvenation, veins, each modality to be performed.

What is the ARRA?
The Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency (ARRA) has developed state standards for lasers used in healthcare in the State of Arizona.  Certified Laser Technicians performing laser treatments in the State of Arizona must be certified through an ARRA approved program.  Our laser programs are ARRA approved.

Are there prerequisites for any classes offered?
In order to enroll at Trinity, students must be at least 18 years of age and a high school graduate (or equivalent).

Does Trinity help with travel arrangements?
We can provide a list of conveniently located hotels, some of which offer shuttles to an from the airport.  Please contact us for more information.

When is tuition due?
Tuition must be paid in full prior to the first day of all courses.
